  • Estimates: Any quotes or estimates provided via the Site are preliminary. Final pricing is subject to an in-home measurement and physical inspection of materials.
  • Accuracy: We strive to be as accurate as possible with product descriptions and pricing; however, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content are error-free.

3. Natural Stone Disclaimer

If you are purchasing natural stone (granite, marble, quartzite, etc.), please be advised:

  • Variation: Natural stone is a product of nature. Variations in color, veining, texture, and shading are inherent characteristics and are not considered defects.
  • Samples: Small samples may not perfectly represent the entire slab. We encourage customers to view their specific slabs in person prior to fabrication.

4. Intellectual Property

All content included on this Site, such as text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Prefab Granite Depot or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or otherwise exploit any portion of the Site without express written consent from us.
